As I have said, many times …. the beauty of NW Wisconsin is endless and the Totagatic River is one of those hidden gems. Unfortunately the water was very low and made for some tough fishing …. but enough smallies were caught to make for a very enjoyable day.
Along with me was my good friend Tim Overom who lives nearby … it was his first time fishing from one of my float boats and while there’s always a learning curve …. Tim did very well and caught lots of fish.
If you haven’t ever been in or on one of these float boats … then you don’t know how easy and enjoyable the fishing can be. I am fishing on my new Outcast Scout and really like every part of it….
As always, if you have any questions you can leave those for me at the comment sections below or by emailing me at flyfishingwithjeff@gmail.com; I will do my best to get back to you quickly with a good answer.
