Hey folks …. welcome back to another video on FlyFishingWithJeff.com. In today’s adventure I travel a few miles down one of Wisconsin’s premier rivers, the St Croix. The water and weather are perfect and while the smallies haven’t yet moved up into their summer holding areas, I was able to land a few and a couple of fish were in some spectacular water.
The largest fish of the day came in at 19 inches and I think you will find where it is lurking, ready to ambush baitfish …. an interesting spot for sure, smack dab in some pretty good white water.
I love the St Croix River and frankly, for me, it is like no other river …. the scenery and seclusion that comes with the SC is second to none.
Hope you like the video …. if you want you can leave a comment in the comment section below or by emailing me at flyfishingwithjeff@gmail.com. I will do my best to get back to you quickly with the best answer I can.
