Fin and Feather in Wisconsin

Hey folks …. Jeff here with a great video from an incredible day here in Burnett County Wisconsin. Wow …. how many times can you harvest a mature Tom turkey in the morning and just a few miles away and a few hours later …. catch several nice smallmouth bass on a gorgeous stream?

I think you can see from the beauty of the stream that spring is finally in full bloom here in NW Wisconsin … and just in the nick of time! We have had one wet and cold spring and the good weather is very welcome.
Jeff with Turkey in NW Wisconsin
My turkey hunt was one of the fastest and most furious hunts of my 35 years of hunting turkeys …. from first gobble to dead turkey …. it all happened in under 10 minutes. Sometimes late in the year when they are ready to come in …. that is exactly what happens!
