Come along with me as I once again am fly fishing from my float tube on a small lake here in NW Wisconsin for largemouth bass. I will show you how to set up a topwater (popper) as well as a better system for rigging your streamers so that you don’t get bit off my pesky pike.
Fishing from a float tube is both very enjoyable and highly productive and you can see that as I am able to ‘sneak’ in and around many lily pads. By doing so quietly I am able to get very close and make some accurate cast between the pads for some big bass.
The real beauty of a float tube is that you can be in and out in a jiffy and you won’t have to trailer a boat or all the hassle that comes with a boat … not to speak of the health benefits of being your own trolling motor!
