Smallmouthin on the St. Croix

In this video journey you will once again find me on the St. Croix River. This time, I fish the very upper reaches of this magnificent river. The water was quite low and clear, making for one tough day whereby I had to make long casts back into the shaded areas to gather in these big and beautiful smallmouth. The St. Croix is one of those places where you can find peace and tranquility while still going, hand to hand, in search of big and aggressive smallmouth.

If you have longed for a trip down one of the many rivers here in NW Wisconsin … then get in touch with me. We can, for sure, make it happen. I have the boats and the knowledge of several Wisconsin rivers and would love to show you the fly fishing time of your life.
