My wife was kind enough to film this video of me cleaning a trout. I get several questions about how to best clean and filet fish. My technique is by no means the only way to accomplish the task. You may have a completely different method. However, I hope this video gives you some ideas that you can use when you cleaning trout on the stream, at your campsite or at home. Make sure you have a sharp knife and be careful when using it.
